By becoming an Obviad advertiser, you agree to the following:

• Should an advertiser become aware that an Obviad has been removed, for any reason, prior to it's expiration date, you will be refunded the pro-rated amount from the date of reporting to the expiration date on that Obviad. Your Obviad may remain in place beyond it's expiration date free of charge.
  

• Obviads are made from a Polystyrene or vinyl material. This allows prints to be used as long as possible.  Although marketed a strong material, Obviads may endure normal wear & tear over time & are not immune to potential vandalism. Obviad, nor its Hosts, assume any responsibility for damaged Obviads.
  

• Obviads are installed on the day of the start date agreement.  Should a host not be operational on the start date, the install date shall be the first day of open business from the start date.  Obviads shall be removed the day of expiration date.  In the event the Obviad remains in place beyond the expiration date, the advertiser shall be notified of date of removal.

• Obviad, Inc. shall have the right to use Advertisers company logo (“Logo”) on Obviad's website/social media & to promote Obviads client relations for future Company work. The Logo will not be used in a manner that implies sponsorship or endorsement of any company, product, trademark, person, or service by the Host.
  

• Obviads are branded with an Obviad  "O" logo in a solid color triangle in one of the 4 corners of each Obviad.  Should an advertiser provide their own design, they agree to the addition of this marking.  In either case, a proof will be sent for approval to each advertiser, prior to print.
